Campaign Manifesto for Pig Association Chairman

I want to run for chairman of the Pig Association. The following is my campaign manifesto. Please support me.

First, let me talk about my advantages. There are mainly three.

1. I am proficient in Pig Association business.

In previous years, the quality level of pigs in our country was quite good, at least strong in Asia. At that time, I often stayed up late to watch competitions, skipped classes and work to watch, and discussed team formations and player characteristics all night long besides discussing girls, accumulating certain professional knowledge. I can responsibly say that compared with our current association leaders, my professional level is definitely much higher.

1. I am not married.

Not being married means no pressure from a wife, no worry about fires in the backyard, and no corruption problems from family members. Not being married means no worry about keeping a mistress, so I can focus on association work, which is more conducive to the development of the association.

1. I will never be corrupt.

I do Pu'er tea business and have a stable income, so I don't need the association to pay me a salary, and there will be no corruption problems. I promise that if any corruption is found in my work in the association, please have the government shoot me. The current association leaders can also make such a promise.

If I were the chairman of the Pig Association, my work priorities would mainly include the following three points.

1. Pigs should be grasped from piglets.

Establish pig working groups nationwide, starting with pigs of appropriate age, cultivate interest, and design scholarships;

Vigorously grasp the work of pig coaches, cooperate with universities, and scientifically improve the level of coaches;

Establish a Pig Lifetime Achievement Award to commend those with significant contributions.

1. Streamline association institutions and determine a market-oriented approach to association work.

The total number of members in the headquarters should be controlled at ten, openly recruit expert consultants from society, and establish an expert governance pig group;

Provincial branches should be streamlined and merged, adopt a large-region supervisor responsibility system, and openly recruit provincial branch representatives from society;

Provincial branch staff should mainly use volunteers, and carry out work openly and fairly;

Based on my 51puer experience, communication between branches and the headquarters should mainly use online communication, and business trips are not easily allowed;

Staff are absolutely not allowed to go abroad for inspections; it is necessary for experts to go abroad for study;

In the first half of the fourth year of each 4-year cycle, organize provincial competitions to select provincial teams; in the second half, carry out national competitions with provinces as units to select national team members;

Once selected, national team members must attend the annual 3-month training arrangement. If any violation of laws, discipline, or team rules is found, they will be expelled from the team, never employed again, their qualifications revoked, and they will not be allowed to participate in any competitions.

1. Introduction of excellent foreign pigs.

Designate personnel to collect information on foreign piglets. When excellent piglets are found, adopt a corporate adoption method to encourage them to join Chinese nationality. Look at the world, and enjoy the best pigs globally.
