Recently Busy with Two Things: Fermentation and Website! Notes on Website Tinkering

Ripe tea fermentation is learning from others. This time, I completely emptied myself and learned fermentation from scratch, step by step. Our previous fermented tea was very good, but there was a big problem: it couldn't be sold immediately and needed to be aged for several years. Given the current economic situation, we can't afford to do that. Now we need to solve this problem. Fermenting ripe tea requires constant attention, so I used this time to tinker with the website.
