In my memory, this snow was the heaviest I had seen in Kunming, and Heizi also thought so, but the snow Heizi remembered most was the one in Kunming in 2013.
That day the snow was not heavy. Heizi invited a few friends to take photos of the snow scene on the top of the Western Hills. From a distance, they saw a group of people having a snowball fight. As soon as Heizi and his friends parked and got out of the car, a snowball hit Heizi. Heizi saw a beautiful woman with a charming smile waving at him, probably saying sorry. Heizi bent down, grabbed a handful of snow, and threw it hard at the woman.
That day, Heizi's group and the woman's group had a lot of fun. The woman seemed more willing to throw snow at Heizi, and Heizi felt the same.
Around lunchtime, Heizi thought he should ask for the woman's phone number. As soon as he said the first sentence, "What's your phone number?", the crowd was noisy and the woman couldn't hear clearly, asking what he said. Heizi was about to ask again when he saw a chubby little boy running towards the woman, calling out "Mommy." The woman squatted down, picked up the little boy with both hands, stood up, and spun around in a circle. Heizi's words came out, "I said, today's snow is really nice."
That snow was really nice.
