What Tea Should Young People Drink

This is my answer to a question on Zhihu: "What tea should young people drink?" It is somewhat representative, so I have placed it on the "Old Lv Talks Tea" webpage.

Youth is reckless, using tea as wine, singing and walking into the forest.

I made up this doggerel on the spot. I think young people should sing with wine, ponder life's brevity, should leave on a whim and roam the mountains, should use clear tea as wine to comfort close friends.

Young people can drink any tea they like, including many milk teas with additives, as long as it pleases themselves, what are additives?

Of course, if you want my advice, I think you should drink tea with a slightly stronger flavor and health benefits. Flavorless tea is truly tasteless for young people.

For original leaf tea, I recommend raw, ripe, black, and white teas made from spring tea leaves in the forest. When buying tea, just remember to ask more questions and compare more.

For blended tea, I think you shouldn't listen to others. Add anything you can to the tea soup. As long as it tastes good, record it, and next time repeat and improve it. That's fine.
