No matter what you do, 2015 is coming.

Looking back at the past 2014, I really can't find a more suitable word than miserable to describe my 2014.

Just after the Spring Festival, an employee went solo. He had worked for three years, took away most of the customer data he could, bought out many of the hot-selling teas I sold, and made a Pu'er e-commerce website called xx Preferred. He very targeted arranged a team of nearly ten people to harass my customers by phone. 2014 rushed at me in this spring with such a cruel and ferocious face. So I panicked, so I adjusted, I exhausted all my strength, tried all ways, and made various remedies, but the downward trend couldn't be stopped. Until November.

It wasn't until November that I stopped losing money. The price of adjustment was that I made more customized teas, and my inventory reached a historical peak.

Misfortunes never come alone.

The overall environment kept getting colder, gift tea basically had no sales, and the mid-range tea market seemed to disappear overnight. It dropped so thoroughly as if it had never existed.

In the past, only I and a few others did promotion, but suddenly more than a dozen companies appeared, promoting recklessly, turning it into a red ocean overnight. So I curled up, reduced expenses, and endured this 2014.

Misfortunes continued. Despite various optimization assessments, management costs still increased significantly, up more than 30% year-on-year.

Fortunately, I'm like a cockroach. Despite all kinds of torment and abuse, I still carefully endured it.

The miserable 2014 is finally about to pass. 2015 might be even harder, but I still hope to summarize 2015 with the keyword "celebration".

Anyway, the survivor is the king.
